| Susan has joined our Staff in September 2006 as a Senior Customer Service Representative in our Premier Client Services Division. Susan has more than 30 years of experience, working most recently at Marsh USA in the Personal Lines Division. Susan is originally from the Boston Area and holds a 220 General Lines agent license. She also has earned the Certified Insurance Agent, Associates in Claims and Certified Professional Insurance Agent designations.
