| Lillian has joined our Staff in January 2006 as a Senior Customer Service Representative/Agent in the Personal Lines Division. She has 33 years of experience, working recently with Marsh USA, Inc in the Personal Lines Division. Lillian is originally from the Boston area and holds a 220 General Lines agent license and a 214 Life and Annuity agent license. She also has earned designations for Certified Professional Insurance Agent and Accredited Adviser in Insurance.
