| Norma Etienne joined Lutgert Insurance in 2002. Since joining Lutgert Insurance, she has earned her 220 Agent license and the designation of CPSR. She is a Customer Service Representative(CSR) in the Commercial Lines Department. Norma comes from the Restaurant Hospitality Industry and has over 20 years experience as a manager in various Naples restaurants. As a Naples resident since 1973, she has been active in the Florida Restaurant Association(FRA) and has served on the local board of Directors of the FRA and the Taste of Collier since 1996. |
