Mandatory Federal FMLA Posting Revision Effective March 8

A final rule published February 6, 2013 implements statutory amendments to the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). As a result, the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division published a revised FMLA notice/posting with mandatory changes.
You must post the updated federal FMLA notice on or by March 8, 2013.
